ok; in Wag the Dog; the end scene where Dustin Hoffman is saying it is the best work he as ever done and he cant wait to tell his freinds; the governments is like; you cant tell anyone; and he is like; sure I can; they say no you cant; I have only seen that movie once; but the whole thing is very distrubing and is a great scene of someone who is oblivious and just doesnt get it.
Loved the scene in I think it was Armageddon; the movie with bruce willis where the real smart scientific guy goes spacehappy and shoots the hell out of everything; hehe that was a great scene; also, when they are negotiating for the job and one of them says; "and we dont want to pay any more taxes; ever." or something like that.
In the Lord of the Rings trilogy when Wormtounge says " but my Lord; there is no such army" then turns around and sees the army that is to rid the world of men. Pure hubris.
Wizards; they killed Fritz! They Killed Fritz! (Fritz) no; I am all right! (this scares the pee out of his friend who shoots him by accident; silence for a moment; They Killed Fritz! They Killed Fritz!
Sheesh, there are so many great one liners from the Evil Dead series; I have never met a D&Der who didnt like this movie; "good; bad; I am the guy with the gun" "you used to love me once. Ash's reply "yeah, but you got real ugly". and the classic; "yeah, I said the words"
At the end of Butch Cassidy and the Sundace Kid; " I dont see anybody; do you see anybody? nope; ok lets go; then what seems like the entire Mexican army shoots them.
At the end of "The Green Berets" when the little kid is looking for Peterson who got killed on the mission; man, that was really sad.
In Conan the Barbarian; when Valaria gets hit by Falsa Dooms serpent arrow and her death scene; that was really sad and had me a bit misty eyed and you just knew Conan was gonna kick somebodies butt.
The end scene in Blade Runner between Roy and Deckard is just awesome; and the line that is said just prior to that to Roy; " the star that burns twice as hot, burns half as long and you have burned so every brighty Roy; revel in your time."
The scene in Gross Point Blank where John Cusak is playing a hitman and his freind finds him with a dead body in the school and they bot take him down to the incinerator then go up for a drink; his friend is really disturbed and turns to him and says; HI I am (his name) and I sell insurance; who the hell are you? or something close to that; and the scene during the shootout at his girlfriends fathers house where he is trying to protect the father from assassins and the he is in a firefight but proposing to his girlfriend and his father sticks his head up from the bathtub and says "you have my vote"
Kelly's Heroes; great war movie with lots of comedy; to many great lines and scenes and great character names. One of my favorites goes something like: Oddball is describing his tank and that it is the only one in the European theater or any that goes faster in reverse than it does forward because he like to know that he can get out of a situation faster than he got into it and then he describes his special loads of ammunition; hehe; that movie is a riot.
I love the scene in Under Seige; where Erica Eliniak's character is talking on some seal headset to the Joint Chiefs of staff who want to talk to Casey and she says "sorry, he is in a firefight right now; can I take a message?"
