I don't know, This has only been a problem since, oh, about Novemeber.

BTW: Dragon #344 arrived yesterday--but I still haven't recieved Dragon #343 yet.

We shipped it Global Priority on 5/22... while the USPS has a target time on only a couple of days, they apparently don't consider it late until two weeks have passed.
