The forum seems to state that some people in canada seem to have issues go missing,, i have not recieved any issues of dungeon or dragon since december with the exception of the february issue of dragon, in the past 3 years i have never had a problem and usually recieve my issues 2 weeks before the month they are due. I havent heard back from customer service though its only been about a week and a half since i emailed them, have they been able to resolve anyone elses issues or am i doomed to buy them again,,, i really enjoy my subscription but if i have to turn around and buy two thirds of my issues twice i will be quite disapointed... if anyone has had any luck sorting this out i would love to know,,, trying to keep hopeful


I, too, had lots of problems with the November, December, January issues. They came late, they came in bad shape ( the plastic cover ripped and it was bent).

I'm guessing Canada Post is to blame because I don't hear similar complains from US customers...and I have a history of getting bad service from Canada Post, they folded an envellope that stated in big red letters "DO NOT FOLD". It was a diploma.

But I usually have had no problem getting the missing/damaged/late issues from Paizo's customer service.


What the heck, has Canada Post been infiltrated by misguided anti-D&D fundamentalists or something? Trying to save our poor fragile minds from Paizo's demonic influence?


I too have had trouble with late and/or missing issues of both Dungeon and Dragon. I have not been able to fix the problem, but I have to agree that customer service here is VERY good. I've never had a problem getting a replacement issue.


Still waiting in Calgary too for #340 and #131. . .


Just out of curiosity how long on average before customer servive gets ahold of you,,,I emailed them just over 2 weeks ago...

When issue 339 was MIA I emailed them and had a response the next day informing me that a replacement issue was on the way. This time, with issue 340, I emailed them maybe 3 or 4 days ago and haven't had a response....


#340 finally arrived Feb 13th (shipped Jan 3rd - 41 days to mail something from WA to AB?). Still waiting on #131; it shipped on Dec 20th, 57 days ago!
