One replacement 128 coming up. Thanks!

-James

Hmmm, that makes two of us.

I don't need it ASAP or anything and if it is still on its way (I don't know how you track that sort of thing) I can wait bit.

GGG

I was going to post this yesterday, but my wife made me come home from work to look for it first. :)

I am also in Washington state and havn't received my issue 128 yet.

I'm in the same boat as GGG, I don't need it right away, but I do want a complete Adventure path. :)

Please and thank you.

Bulette.

I'll get replacement 128s out to both of you immediately, but for future reference (and anybody else reading this thread), it's far faster and easier just to fire off an email to customer.service@paizo.com. Thanks!

PS I really don't know how you could be much quicker!

No sign of Dungeon 128 here in the UK yet - has it shipped from the UK distributor yet?

You've probably got another 3 or 4 weeks... sorry about the wait!

Has there been a problem with the European/UK distribution then? And if there has don't you think it would have been polite to maybe tell us?

Dungeon 128 shipped 20/9 from the US and I'm probably going to have to wait another 3-4 weeks apparently, which would actually put it three weeks after 129 ships in the US.

Is this likely to be a typical distribution times for Dungeon?(6-7 weeks from US date to UK delivery)

If it is then who do I contact about cancelling my subscription.

James, thank you so much, and thanks for the email.

Crazy, don't worry, it's not typical. 99% of the time they're on the ball. No need for threats my good man.

Actually, while I sincerely appreciate boo-LAY's support, 6-7 weeks for European subscriptions IS typical. There's no problem, our magazines just go through a separate distributor in the UK, and as a result we have to wait 6-7 weeks before we can consider a subscription copy in the UK "late" and replace it. The date listed as the "ship date" is the US ship date - Jeff Alvarez posts the European ship dates on the messageboards every few weeks, and from THAT date you should receive your copy in approx. 2 weeks.

I fully understand your frustration, and if you still wish to cancel your subscription, please just email me at customer.service@paizo.com and I'll take care of it immediately. Thanks!

Sincerely,

James

Actually, I received the magazine about a week after Jeff posted the European ship date the last couple of times here in Sweden. Still waiting eagerly for him to post the European ship date for Dungeon #128...

Thats what concerns me as well - still no European ship date posted. I received my last issue within 3 days of the European ship date, but that was 6/9, and we are already 12/10 with no update on UK ship date.

Several UK stores (I'm thinking Orcs Nest, London in particular) are listing Dungeon 128 as availble for sale already, which implies to me that copies ahve arrived in Europe but that the subscribers are just being left hanging with no copies but retailers have been sent theirs, and if this is the case then I'm going to be better off just chancing it and hoping to pick up copies and back editions next time I'm in London - thats why I'm weighing up teh value of my subscription at the moment.

Hi, just a heads up, I also haven't recieved issue 128 yet, I'm not really sure when I should consider it overdue. I don't need it tomorrow or anything, if its coming thats great I just really really want to read it. I'm in Hamilton, ON Canada if that makes a difference shipping wise. Have a great day thanks for the time. You all do wonderful work.

James don't bother replying to my last, I just sent an email to customer service as per your instruction. Thanks.

Is there any update on European subscriber copies as yet?

Are you able to let us know approximately where they might be at the moment - are they still in the US, in continental US waters, on a boat mid atlantic, or in Europe or the UK somewhere - for example?

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Superscriber; Pathfinder Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Roleplaying Game, Starfinder Society Subscriber

I´m european and I haven´t received my copy yet.Is there any problem with european copies of Dungeon 128?. I normally receive my copy in 15-20 days at most but this time have passed nearly a month and I don´t know anything about my copy. Thanks.

I'm curious what the typical delivery time is for Canada? I've yet to recieve 128 but I'm unsure what is considered normal delivery time.I don't want to mail customersupport if i'm still in the expected delivery window timeframe.

I'm from Europe too, and have not recieved it either. I normally recieve it in exactly 3 weeks (21 days), but now 4 weeks have passed, and still no sign...

Are you able to give all of us UK and European subscribers any clue as to where our issue 128's are and when we might get them?

Issue 129 is about to ship and for all we know 128 may still be sat in a distributors warehouse on the docks in the US...

129 has just shipped in the US, but still no 128 here over on the other side of the atlantic (which can be crossed by boat considerably quicker than 4 weeks I might add)

Can you give us any sort of clue as to where issue 128 is for all of us non US subscribers and when we might possibly see it?
