Whoops!
That was a unexpected glitch caused by the new paizo store going live last night. I corrected the date on the website, the magazine did indeed ship out on Nov 23.
PS the cover image and description have been posted as well
This is apparently not fixed yet. I looked at my subscriptions today, and it shows Dungeon #118 shipping on 12/13 and Dragon #327 shipping on 12/20.
Yes there was a post about this in the Dragon forum as well. I corrected the dates (again) and I think the problem is fixed.

Generally it takes 1-2 weeks from the ship date for domestic (US) subscribers to recive thier issues. If you haven't received it after 2 weeks, send us an email at customer.service@paizo.com and include your name and shipping address and we will look into it.

Meh. It took 3 weeks for Dungeon, and I got Dragon on the same day... I figure I'll just have to order back issues when I'm jonesing.
Glad to hear I'm not alone. I can say, in Paizo's defense, that they're pretty good about forwarding missing issues. Received my replacement #118 yesterday. Haven't gotten #327 yet though. Maybe it's a GA thang diaglo. :)
