Response time for customer service

How long does it normally take for customer service to respond when you email them?
Just wondering, 'cause I've been waiting a couple of days, and I haven't even gotten one of those 'We received your email, but we don't have time for you yet' responses.

Generally, you should expect to receive a response by the end of the next business day. Sometimes it takes longer if someone is sick, but unless our email server crashes (hasn't happened in awhile, knock on wood) you should get a response after 2 business days. However, I just checked and we haven't received any emails from you (at least not from the email address you use for your message board posts) so you might want to try resending it using a different email address.

uh...this one I think...customer.service@paizo.com

I'm pretty sure I used the email account that I registered with, but it's possible that I didn't. I asked for the web enhancement for 'Flood Season', plus any other Adventure Path web goodies that are no longer on the site.

I just sent you an email (to this email address) and attached the web enhancements, so hopefully that works.
