Amazing

5/5

The ogres from this set are the best ogre miniatures I've seen. The pose is cool. The details are amazing. A must have.

Great mini.

4/5

The brute is an awesome piece of PPM. The sculpt is simply great, the detail is remarkable and extremely clear. The face is simply creepy and reeks of monstrous lunacy. The paint job is incredible for a PPM with crisp detail. As a miniature it's top quality and easily a desirable addition to a mini collection.

The issue is whether he's needed in this set. He is a brute, so overly large for an ogre. As a result he makes the other ogre seem under scaled, and most encounters will be with standard ogres. We also we have Jaagrath Kreeg in the same set, who effectively doubles as a brute anyway. I think a second smaller scale Ogre would have been a better addition allowing more variety on the table. Still given the quality of the ogre I have hopes more will appear in future sets.

great looking ogre.

4/5

I admit I was a little leary of the look of the Pazio ogres to begin with up until the moment this guy came in the mail. The detail and pose look great with only one minor critique coming to mind. The one little thing that bothered me a touch about this mini was just how huge he appeared, expecially compared to the stone giant minis I also bought at the same time. I dont know if this guy was supposed to be so huge, but it just struck me as a bit large. Despite that though I would still recommend this guy.
