The Gozoku take advantage of the resulting chaos and fear to undermine the Emperor's power. The Emperor begins to realize that a covert group is working against him, and forms his own secret organization of Scorpion to deal with them. Daigotsu returns to challenge Iuchiban once more. Still unprepared for the power he faces, Daigotsu is beaten back, though he does rescue Shahai from the Bloodspeaker's grasp. Be prepared for the Wrath of the Emperor! AEG.
