SO MUCH BETTER than the crappy girallon from Demonweb! This is a great sculpt, with a pretty good paint job. They took a totally ridiculous monster and made an awesome mini out of it. If you passed this mini up and got the Demonweb one instead, your taste is bad and you should feel bad.
Seriously, 2$ for this large sized, intimidating figurine? Surely, you won't be using a fiendish girallon every day, but you can use it for other large creatures just fine.
For 2$, I simply don't know why any D&D player WOULDN'T buy it, unless he plays on line or something, but even then...
I don't collect/trade minis nor play the mini game but I do use miniatures in my D&D games. I recently picked up a couple Fiendish Girallon minis and they did not disappoint. The construction is top notch. The detail, down to individual tufts of fur, is excellent. The pose and expression are attention-getting. This mini brings the proper level of fear and respect to the game. He's a fun and useful addition to any game table.
