I thought they were expensive until I tried to make my own. If you use a battlemat for tactical D&D combat, get this set now.
Very well constructed and heavy enough that they don't move around the battlemat easily these are my alltime favourite AoE templates! I wish i had had these back in my Warhammer 40K playing days as they would have ended every arguement about positioning I ever had! These are very rigid and sturdy - I tried to bend one on purpose and it was nearly impossible. They are visually appealing even though I only got the bare steel ones - the red or blue ones I am sure would look stunning. The price is about the most I would pay for such a game aid but given the high quality of the product I still give this 4 stars.
