What is the quality and completeness of the PDF scan Paizo sells for this product? I have seen versions with missing or incomplete pages. Looks like we have the front cover, 32 numbered pages (including several numbered map pages), a map that spreads across two pages, another single-page map, a page of prerolled characters, and a back cover. The scan is fairly low contrast—everything that should be black is really dark grey, and everything that should be white is really light grey. It's OCRd, and my randomly selected sample suggests that it's better than a lot of the TSR PDFs: "To determine the availability of any item
