Dungeons & Dragons B5: Horror on the Hill PDF
Wizards of the Coast
The end of the road. A lonely fort stands on the banks of a mighty
river. It is here the hardy bands of adventurers gather to plan their
conquests of The Hill, the hulking mass that looms over this tiny
settlement.
The Hill is filled with monsters, they say, and an evil witch makes
her home there. Still, no visitor to The Hill has ever returned to prove
the rumors true or false. The thrill of discovery is too great to pass up,
and only the river stands in the way. The adventurers' boat is
waiting!
This adventure is designed for use with the D&D Basic Rules. A
trip through the wilderness begins a unique challenge for the novice
player and Dungeon Master.
Included in the module are 11 maps, 3 new monsters, and a
complete set of pre-rolled characters.

I loved this game when I first DMed it when it first came out. One of my all time favourites. A good combination of overland exploration, temple bashing then dungeon crawl. I still have my original game and can't wait to play it with my son.

What is the quality and completeness of the PDF scan Paizo sells for this product? I have seen versions with missing or incomplete pages.

When it came out, we had a ball with this adventure! Converting it to Pathfinder rules might be a worthy effort.

Looks like we have the front cover, 32 numbered pages (including several numbered map pages), a map that spreads across two pages, another single-page map, a page of prerolled characters, and a back cover.
The scan is fairly low contrast—everything that should be black is really dark grey, and everything that should be white is really light grey.
It's OCRd, and my randomly selected sample suggests that it's better than a lot of the TSR PDFs:
"To determine the availability of any item
on the Equipment List in the Basic rule
book, roll ld4. Any result other than a one
means that a character can find the item.
Then roll a ld6 if a character wishes to purchase
that item. A result of one or two means
that the price is the same as that listed in the
Basic rule book; a three or four means that
price is 150% of the listed amount; and a five
or six means that it costs twiceas much. Note
you follow this procedure for each item purchased:
even though one player found a
shortsword, for example, there is no assurance
the next player can find one also."
