Races of the Mind: Xeph is 16 pages and contains two new prestige classes, the Alacris, which focuses on speed and mobility, as well as the Wind Adept, a prestige class aimed at Xeph monks, gaining combat abilities from their racial power.
Additionally, there are 14 new feats, three new racial specialty options—the Xeph Marksman, Xeph Psion, and Xeph Thoughtsinger, giving racial specialty options for some of the non-core classes, and three new pieces of equipment, including a new type of material, and a new option for soulknives to channel their mind blade.
Races of the Mind: Xeph is written by Josh Sjothun, who also wrote Races of the Mind: Elan and Races of the Mind: Maenad with additional design by Vladimir Rodriguez and Andreas Rönnqvist, with illustrations by Rick Hershey and V. Shane.
