    I purchased this product and the Zip folder I downloaded for it is empty.
    I tried Extracting from the Zip and Windows blocked it as "harmful" files.
    Whats wrong this product? It needs fixing so I can download it or I need my $7.95 back.

    The default Windows unzipper sometimes tries very hard to "protect" you from PDF files by not unzipping them (and not even telling you they exist). If you don't see any PDF files after unzipping, using a different unzipping utility will solve the problem.
