Four gorgeous maps for you to enhance your wilderness encounters. Set your deadly traps in the orcs' encampment, place your spectral undead in the ruined manor, challenge your players with the enigmatic lake hermit or let them face the cultists in the monolith glade.

This Colorprint contains the following maps:
  • Hermit's Hut
Deep in the woods lives an hermit who built an hut over an ancient pond. It is said that a sunken temple is hidden below the murky waters but no one has seen it yet...
  • Ruined Manor
The ruined manor once belonged to a wealthy duke who was a powerful sorcerer too. The goblins of the forest attacked the manor more than once and eventually managed to plunder it and burn it to ashes, thanks to the betrayal of one of the most trusted duke' servant. Before his death, the duke cursed the betrayer and doomed him...
  • Orc Camp
The famed Crashed Skull orc warband shifts from place to place in the woods. They often build a camp in a woodland glade and stay for few days before shifting again. The orcs are marauders and they raid the nearby hamlets kidnapping people to sell them to slavers...
  • The Monolith
The alien black monolith rises on the top of an ancient ziggurat. Nobody knows who built the ziggurat or the monolith but both exude pure evil. A group of evil cultist found a name, engraved at the base of the monolith...

The Colorprints product line offers you full-color fantasy maps for use in your adventures and campaigns. You get a color version and a grayscale version of each map. The maps are of high resolution, allowing you to obtain great print quality. Each map offers you a degree of customization, using PDF technology at its best. A button (which will not be printed) on each map allows you to turn the grid on and off, eliminate room numbers, fill in the walls, hide doors and furniture, and many other options, depending on the map.

Each product features a classic fantasy adventure location: a dungeon, a keep, a temple complex, a thieves guild and so on. You can use these maps as reference to build your own adventures, or simply keep them handy in case your players go in an unexpected direction during the campaign.

While offering you the best quality, these products are really inexpensive.

An RPG Resource Review

This product provides you with four lush woodland locations to use when your characters wander off the beaten track and - probably - get themselves into trouble. Perhaps they have sought out these locations on purpose, or they may have stumbled upon them by chance in their travels, but here are a ruined manor house, an orc camp, a hermit's hut and a strange ziggurat lurking amongst the trees ready for them.

Technically, each is presented as a single-page top-down view in both colour and greyscale versions. 0one's custom masterly of advanced PDF creation allow you to 'Rule the Dungeon': selecting a hex or square grid (or none at all), if you want doors and funiture to appear, text or background... even a compass rose to point North. As a handy adjunct, you can choose to print all the colour pages, or all the greyscale ones, so you do not need to page through selecting each page that you want in turn.

Each of the four locations comes with a paragraph outlining what the situation might be - naturally, if something else occurs or you already know that an orc camp or hermit is to be found in your woods you can substitute your own plot details... or at least explain why the orcs have such a colourful encampment: they clearly have never heard of camouflage!

If you are looking to enliven a trek through the forest with side adventures, have need of one of these locations already or just wish to create a woodland-based adventure this is a fine product to add to your collection of maps and plans.
