After leaving the solar system on its new mission, the Argo has been caught up in a violent war between two enemy forces: the Galman Empire and the Bolar Federation. Siding with the valiant Captain Ram of the Bolar ship Legendra, the Star Force becomes the target of Admiral Dagon and his deadly Galman starfleet. As they plunge deep into unexplored space, Dagon unleashes all his destructive power on his new enemy, making it his personal vendetta to wipe them out. Time is also an enemy, for back on Earth, every plan to deal with the sun's runaway nuclear fusion ends in failure, and the only hope is for the Star Force to find a new home for all of humanity!
