The "Book of Erotic Fantasy" is an OGL RPG product with rules covering many of
the intimate aspects of the fantasy world. The most provocative area is the
aspect of sex; however, the book doesn't stop there. It also covers conception,
marriage, love, relationships and all of the things in a fantasy world that can help
or hinder those arenas of life. It also contains alternate magic systems based on
Tantric sex, Kundalini energy and Orgone energy. There are a variety of prestige
classes that make use of sex or sexuality to forward their goals or as means of
drawing energy to power their abilities. There are spells and fests that are related
in some way to all of the above. There are a number of gods appropriated to the
subject and of course monsters and creatures to make the characters lives more
difficult (even their love lives).

I could not have asked for a finer product to address the subjects of sex, love, and pregnancy in the typical d20 fantasy setting than this book. It manages to be effective yet tasteful in its coverage of this controversial subject matter and intentionally avoids all but the mention of such things as rape and incest. The most interesting items I discovered were the descriptions of pregnancies amongst different races (including gestation times). It also provides a chart of numerous races and cross-references them to show which ones are 'biologically compatible' and capable of producing offspring together. These sorts of things could certainly be useful even in games where sexuality is not a focal point and, in fact, one of the strong points of the way the book is written is that it allows you to incorporate as much or as little of it as you want into your games.
A WORD OF WARNING TO SENSITIVE TYPES: This book is not only in full-color, but all of the images contained within are PHOTOGRAPHS of human beings (often computer-altered or using prosthetics to depict non-human figures), not drawings or paintings. While there is nothing explicit or 'hardcore' within its pages, the photos in this book certainly qualify as 'softcore' with full frontal nudity.
