I see this series has finally hit the virtual shelves of paizo. I'm interested in hearing any thoughts on these pdfs once folks start reading them. Magic Missile was the first issue which is why I started this thread with that one. The series needn't be read in any particular order though. If you've ever been interested in the creators behind your favorite PHB spells and in new ways to use these old workhorse spells, then "Behind the Spells" is for you! |

Is this a trick question, Mr Boyd ;-) But to reply, I have a handful of them (before Paizo got them so I can't review them). Some I like much better than others. Overall, I would buy more... |

Heh, no trick question, DF. I'm looking for feedback as I'm planning on relaunching the series under my own company name--Tricky Owlbear (coming soon). As with anything, feedback is useful for improving the quality of products. We're also gearing up a "Behind the Monsters" line, among other things. So, you liked some more than others...care to elaborate? :) |
