For 20 dollars, this excellent plush of our favorite Elder God couldn't be a better buy. I was pleased with both the quality and value of this purchase and would highly recomend it to fans of H.P. Lovecraft and plush-lovers alike.
This plushie is, as the previous reviewer stated, must more vibrant in person than the picture implies. It is also made of very soft material and the wings are indeed posable by means of a small wire in them. My daughter uses the Cthulhu plush as a bedtime companion and its so cute to see her cuddle the elder god while she falls asleep, undoubtedly dreaming of pan-dimensional conquest.....
The photograph does the actual plush no justice; the plushie is a much more brilliant shade of green, really a beautiful stuffed toy.
Cthulhu is extremely well put together, the wings are slightly posable via a wire running through them, it's well stuffed, and it even sits on the desk.
Brilliant.

I got Cthulhu plush in 2001, he is now seven years old and has been joined by his other toyvault friends. I even made a deep one for him. He is quite cute really, and is still soft and plushy.
I got hima Cthulhu video for him for Christmas and the whole family can watch it before Doctor Who.
Anybody got more plushy life stories of their Cthulhus out there? Then let us know!

Hopefully stories to come. I ordered one for my 6 month old daughter for Xmas. I just hope he gets here in time...

Well, I finally got this today.
Needless to say, it would have been nice if someone had posted the "Choking Hazard - Not for children under 3 years" warning in the item description...

My daughter is under 3 and I got her one of these. What choking hazard is there? I suppose if she managed to tear the eyes off and eat them somehow, but other than that, I don't see the risk.

Strictly speaking, I haven't taken it out of the plastic yet to doublecheck. But on first perusal, I didn't see anything that jumped out at me as a likely culprit. Maybe in case a hole gets put in it and some of the beanie parts inside fall out?
