By far, this particular Map Pack fills the niche that it should. It takes a theme that is quite tangible and makes it real. I am very very pleased with this product as well as the imagination to look into the themes that are available in both fantasy and the medieval.
Good job.

I was just watching A Knight's Tale a couple of days ago. It might be interesting to drop a similar side-story (or, with the right PC, make a character goal) into a campaign.
In any event, a tournament makes a nice break from dungeon-crawling and is chock full of role-playing opportunities.

How many cards are used to make the combat arena?
I was thinking a gladiator arena would be a good idea for a flip-mat, with the arena on one side and gladiator/monster pens on the other.

The combat arena in this case is an above ground, fenced off region. It takes up four tiles.
As for your other thought.. you might be very pleased with our upcoming schedule.

So if I want a gladiatorial type map, should I be holding off? :)
