Add a little mayhem to your game.
The Critical Fumble Deck is a sequel to our extremely popular Critical Hit Deck and is designed to balance out the system, allowing both minor and major mishaps to occur during combat. The Critical Fumble Deck consists of 52 full-color standard-sized cards, ready to use out of the box with the enclosed rules. The Critical Fumble Deck is compatible with the 3.5 edition of the world’s most popular roleplaying game.

I get SO excited now when my players a 1! They hate this deck and the satisfaction it brings me, but that makes me very happy! I hope that the Critical Hit deck brings as much to our gaming table as this deck has.
I finally got my hands on some even though they are on back order. An online game shop happened to have a couple decks still in stock. It was a hassle to get them but worth every cent and minute!
We used it in our last game and when anyone rolled a 1 we were all excited to see what happened! I would actually let the players draw the cards and read them which engages them more which they liked. Also I let the player who was being attacked draw for the NPC that fumbled.
The results on each card are fantastic. This is a must have for any GM. We even game using MicroLITE d20 and the cards still work and are relevant. I think they are compatible with most any fantasy d20 system that is compatible with the D&D SRD.
I've been playing DND since the late 70s and have tried many different Critical Hit charts, cards, etc. In all that time this is the only one that delivers true unequivocable satisfaction!
This and its counterpart for Critical Hits are now a fixture in my campaigns.
Three times now, I've seen GMs use this product, unaware of its power. Twice, the campaigns were destroyed; the third time, the DM made the considered choice to throw out the Fumble deck and re-run the combat.
This product, and the Criticals companion deck, are very well-designed for what they do. And what they do is add a level of chaos to your game. Combat becomes very much "swingy-er".
Which is fine for people who like that sort of thing: witness the reviews lauding this deck's careful design. It's fun and a lot faster than, say, the old RoleMaster charts.
But using these decks makes it possible for, in one instance, two members of a 9th-Level party to die (as in, all the way dead) in the first round of combat against a pack of zombies.
Use with discretion.
This is far and away the BEST accessory I have ever bought, my players now actually fear a 1 as much as they dance over a crit.
Now that the praise is over can you maybe send for another batch from the printer? I for one would buy @ least 2 more.
This is an excellent product and I highly recommend that DMs purchase this to enhance their games. It will create memorable moments that you and your players will not forget for some time!
Using this deck for PCs, NPCs and enemies, a mechanical system such as combat can be changed into a rip roaring roleplay session. Even the most impressive and difficult to beat monster or "twinked" PC can be brought down a peg or two by a slip up. This deck will cover a wide range of combat systems such as magic, melee, ranged and natural attacks.
This deck of cards is a follow-up to the acclaimed Critical Hit Deck. It allows for fun and game-enhancing resolution of "fumbles" in melee, ranged, magic and natural attacks. The resulting mishaps are a barrel of laughs and a great tactical diversion during combat. Nothing like hitting your buddy with a Power Attak critical, tee hee.
This is a great prop for any 3.X game. It adds a little bit of surprise and "game" aspect into your sessions, which will either please or displease players depending on their gaming style(s).
I know my players loved both Critical Hit and Fumble decks. I'm glad to stick to 3.X and Pathfinder RPG, if only to be able to still use these props! *grins*
More seriously though. The mechanics are sound, the production value very high (a common trait of Paizo products in general). If you like the idea of cards for special effects in RPG sessions, you will love this.
Heh, I liked the Critical Hit deck and this is a perfect companion. The rules for implementing/inflicting them on your group are given in the deck itself. Also there is a new spell and suggestions on how they should be fairly used. Great tool, gang, keep it up!
Got this at the same time as my Critical Hit Deck, and plan to use them for all my future games. A great companion set, the only thing detracting from 5/5 was the sometimes cheesy titles for effects. Overall, well worth my $$$.

Hooray! Paizo listens to their customers once again! (Not that we expected anything less, of course.)
A question: Are these cards going to be a different color or design than the Critical Hit Deck? It would be nice if they were so as to easily discern one deck from the other and avoid mixups.
