I was glad to see a product like this become available, and I hope to see a future version of this sheet some time later. It was functional and had quite a bit of features I was looking forward to, especially the notes sections such as campaign notes and session events.
The big problem is that the format of it doesn't lend well to use. The sheet is mostly crammed with white boxes with black outlines, and very little deviation from it to break up the data. It was too easy to loose your place when scanning it, and difficult to tell where the fields where and what they were.
Edit: An extra on this.
I used this sheet recently as a play I am a GM by nature but I had a chance to use a character.
There is a few things that is wrong like it's feats X2 not special abilities and feats.
But thats largely irrlevent.
What was, was it's useablility.
The magic item slot was really and I wish I had printed out the status cards so I could quick refence them rather than having the minute that it took everyone to find it.

Okay, I'll admit, if this wasn't 99 cents, I'd probably give it a 2-3 star rating. But at a dollar what you get for that dollar is well worth the investment. I'll probably only ever really use pages 6-11, but I'll get a lot of use out of them. The contacts/events page will help my players take much better notes, and the condition cards alone are worth the 1 dollar you pay.
These sheets are impressive. However, they lack adequate spacing for character feats and their effects (the same problem that I found with Paizo's PDF character sheets).
The miniature counters were average, nothing too attention grabbing. But I reckon for .99 cents it isn't going to be too snazzy.
Some of things I really appreciated with the sheets:
-Magic item chart complete with body location notes
-Spell documentation is excellent
-Character and item condition cards: well done and they explain each and every condition a player and his item(s) may experience in PFRPG. There are even new condition cards a DM may use for new fiendish ways to torment their players. (Jason Buhlman take note :P)
