Also known as a "Nuclear Escalation Die", one of these is included in every Nuclear Escalation or Nuclear Proliferation game. But sometimes you need to have your own dice (no sense in
letting somebody else ruin your dice mojo before you blow them off the face of the earth). Note that these glow in the dark.
The art isn't just silk-screened on—these dice are made with a special process that sublimates the art into the surface of the die, so it should last for a very long time.

My father recently acquired a complete collection of these games for me as a birthday present. I have often seen this item in related advertisements for a game I loved when I first arrived in college at the University of Arizona. Is the backorder status temporary or has it been that way for awhile?

Kata, I checked with the distributer and they are currently out of stock at the warehouse and the manufacturer as well. They are not out of print but when they distributer will get more is anyones guess.

I actually just checked out Rick's site and I have decided to stop holding my breath to get one of these. I would love to have one of them and I apparently do have one of the rare foil "Tower Shield"'s
