This is 30mm-scale terrain for wargaming, roleplaying games, miniature dioramas, skirmish games, model railroads, class projects or just for fun. It requires 1 sheet of cardstock (110# or 199gsm recommended), scissors, a sharp hobby knife and ordinary paper glue.
QUICK AND EASY SCENERY: Easy assembly instructions are provided, including tips and advice for printing at various popular gaming and model railroad scales. One of the great things about papercraft models is that they can be printed at any popular gaming scale quite easily, so this model can be used for 28mm, 25mm, 20mm, 15mm scale and smaller. These files are 200dpi, which will look great when printed at full size without requiring large file sizes. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or later in order to use this product.
SINGLE-LAYERED FILES: This is a one-look model. (This is mentioned because many Dave Graffam Models feature multiple PDF layers, giving you lots of customization options.)
DIMENSIONS: The Hovel has a footprint of 3.25" by 2.6", and stands approximately 3.5" tall.

This set offers a single, simple, small building. However, it's so detailed and functional for a quick gaming night needs that you can't go wrong building at least two of them.
It's also a great way to start a papercrafting hobby, as the cutting and gluing involved is at a minimum and with only a few basic operations required.
Being free, just have a go with it, I'm betting you'll be happy with the results.
