Mmmm in two minds about this mini [i have it pre-ordered]... looks great, very dynamic pose etc, but I'm more used to seeing Harsk in the "iconic" pose - with Crossbow coming to bear etc, rather than his axe. Looks more wizened than weathered... could just be the pic though... |

Even though Reaper is releasing this mini for the first time, it was born as a Crocodile Games project, and they weren't so much about the direct translation of art to mini. From what I've seen, Reaper's original sculpts are holding more true to the original art. |

Do these minis come unpainted as the product description states or painted which is what the image shows? If unpainted, I would prefer that the image shown on the page reflects that. Most of the minis I've tried to paint end up looking terrible and have long ago given up that frustration in my life. Thus, it would be nice to see the images as the figures will really look. As the description says, they are unpainted. What you're seeing right now isn't actually painted—it's the original sculpt for the figure, which in this case is made from a red material. We're expecting to replace it with a photo of the finished product soon. That said, we do prefer to show painted images wherever possible, because the all-silver unpainted figures generally don't show their detail very well in photographs. |
