I don't think this is all-inclusive of the C'thulhu creatures, but nothing else comes close.
It's great stuff.
Just about every creature has a mocked up photograph, painting, woodcarving, or newspaper clipping to go along with it. Part of what makes Lovecraftian horror so endearing to me anyway is that imaginary sense of history that is often woven into the mythos. I have fun with the book just for those pictures.

What's really great about this book, though, is soooooo many Paizoites are statted up in it's pages.
Lilith, Mr. Shiny, Great Green God....;)
And everybody wonders why I'm so kooky.

This book is an outstanding resource, like most CoC Chaosium books. Even if you don't Call, and only enjoy reading Lovecraftiana, you'll love this book. I can't believe it took ten years to get an English language version, but it was well worth the wait! You can only find it in collector markets now, but there's a very-very limited print run of a leatherbound edition, though it's a bit pricy, it's very well-made and worth your attention...
