For a samurai, the Code of Bushido is all. The Seven Virtues can guide a man
through even the most difficult situation... but in such times as these, can
virtue survive? The Keepers of the Five Rings step forward to restore order to
the fractured Empire. In the City of the Rich Frog, the Clans clash in civil war.
The Shogun and the Emperor each hold power in the Empire, but neither can
restore peace alone. Can these two proud and powerful men trust each other
long enough to save their father's Empire? This expansion for the L5R CCG is
introduced in 84-card theme decks (Crane, Lion, and Scorpion Clans) offered
in 6-count displays, and 11-card boosters packed in 48-count displays.
