"Spiral of Manzessine" was the subject of much freak-out by my players. "What the heck are we gonna run into in an ILLITHID prison?"
Mwah-hah-hah. :)
The other adventures in here are excellent as well, but for me, it was all about "Spiral." "Omega World" was very cool as well, a lot of good stuff for d20 Modern, if that's your cup o' tea.
This is a VITAL issue, as it includes Omega World, a wild and wahoo remake of the classic Gamma World.

Omega World is the property of Wizards of the Coast. We might do an Apocalyptic game some day (In fact, I'll be running just such a game starting this Saturday that I built from the Pathfinder rules, based on a similar game I built several years ago from 3.5's rules), but if we do, it'll be it's own game, not something based on Gamma World or Omega World.
