My most-used copy of Dragon Magazine. Why? Ghost Elves. If you are raised on the concept that the Drow are baddest elves out there, I'm sorry, but you've been sorely mistaken.
What about elves that were bound into slavery? In the Nine Hells? Taught the ways of gladitorial combat and infernal magic, the Ghost Elves can, have and will give the Drow a run for their money on "Baddest Elf on the Block." Why are they called Ghost Elves?
You'll have to get the magazine and read the article for that. :D
