Something is not right with the shipping calculator. If I buy the Mummy's Mask bundle, its calculating $45 for shipping to 14226. But if I instead order all 7 individual boxes (but still getting the exact same thing), shipping charges are only $23. With shipping, it's cheaper for me to buy them individually by about $10?

For the class decks and other individual items: yes.
For the complete collections... Well, there is this note on those product pages:
Note: This collection ships in its own package. If you are submitting an order with other items, they will ship separately.
It doesn't appear that you can add the Collection to your sidecart.
I'm assuming that means you can't have it ship "with" your subscription for purposes of getting the first ten shipping discount.

I'm having a similar problem. When I go 5o check out the store tells me it will ship in three separate packages and shipping/handling will cost me just over $63 to 75034. Is there something up with the shipping algorithm? Because if I have to pay $63 shipping, I unfortunately will not be able to afford the sale before the window has closed, which is a shame since I was hoping to get my family into this, but was daunted by the price.

I would suggest adding the items to your cart, and then post in the customer service forum about the problem. They'll be able to look at your cart and can probably fix it for you. They were really great when they helped me with my order.
EDIT: Looks like you posted there already. Hopefully they'll be able to help you out tomorrow.
