I Will Get My Revenge!

Starfinder Miniatures Kickstarter From Ninja Division!

Ninja Division Publishing—who partnered with Paizo to create a line of prepainted miniatures for the Starfinder Roleplaying Game—has successfully funded its Starfinder Masterclass Miniatures Kickstarter campaign!

The Starfinder Masterclass Miniatures are sculpted by the artists of Ninja Division Publishing and will be produced in premium-quality resin. The miniatures come unpainted and represent the many races, ships, and creatures of the mysterious universe of Starfinder.

Through the first week of the campaign backers have been asking, "how can I get one of everything?" Ninja Division Publishing is proud to announce the opening of the new All-In Pledge level! Backers who choose this new pledge level will receive one offering of every premium-quality, highly detailed resin miniature offered during the campaign, many of which are limited editions or Kickstarter exclusives, such as the Seelah the Paladin miniature.

The All-In Pledge level includes one copy of every Hero, Encounter Pack, Creature, and Fleet unlocked during the campaign, including the limited-edition and Kickstarter exclusive Heroes and Space Goblin Encounter Packs. Items already unlocked include an Encounter Pack of Formian Workers & Warriors (two of each), the mysterious Gray, the clever and quick Ysoki Bounty Hunter, the horrifyingly huge Bloodbrother, and the impressive and ferocious Vesk Mercenary.

We'll have to see what "everything" ends up being with stretch goals, but I don't know if All-In is better than the $180 option and buying the extra slots. Even if it is, it isn't as good a deal per mini as $180 and $180 isn't as good a deal as $100. It's kind of odd that the higher the pledge amount the less bang there is for the buck. (Especially given the unique risk involved)

If you want 90% or more of the minis being offered go for All-In. If you just have a couple that interest you go for the other 3 pledges and adjust your pledge accordingly.

I just want a bunch of Akatas and Skittermanders :3

... and maybe a Bloodbrother.

So for every $1: Adventure gets you $2.92, Campaign gets you $2.64, and All-In gets you ... $1.78.

For All-In to be as good a deal as Adventure, unlocks have to push the value of the package to $1,168.

All-In is cheaper than Adventure + the additional slots needed to get the same figures as All-In, but only because the slots are only a slight discount to retail.

Ironically, at this point making 2 Campaign pledges and getting 10 creature slots is only $20 more than All-In and results in duplicate fleets, encounters, and heroes that can be sold/traded in the aftermarket for a lot more than $20.

ND is the only game in town when it comes to Starfinder Minis so I guess we get what we get, but it still is an odd way to "reward" high dollar backers.

I don't really see the All-In pledge as a reward or discount, just a way to ensure you get absolutely everything.

Granted it could very well turn into a discount/reward if enough stuff is unlocked.

If I end backing this full bore I am probably going to do that depending on how many more unlocks there are.

I am very disappointed with this. I don’t want to pay these ridiculous prices. I was fine with the WizKids miniatures. Reasonably priced. Then I have to drop 70 on w packs for all iconics. That is absurd. Then what are the prices going to look for future packs/individuals. Paizo dropped the ball on this one.

WizKids couldn't take on the contract for the Starfinder line, and resins tend to cost more than metal and plastic.

I look at the campaign then adding when the kickstar is better for me because that's two payments to get everything not one since there is no additional thrown in free in this one. You save by going campaign over adventure in what it costs to make it up on individual selections. The all in basically just let's us make more stretch goals for more stuff to buy upfront that's it.
