Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Book of the Damned (PFRPG)

Add Hardcover $44.99

New Pathfinder RPG Rulebook Released!

As long as mortals have feared what awaits them after death, the threat of damnation has loomed. Powerful fiendish lords rule the deepest, darkest reaches of the Great Beyond: archdevils, demon lords, the Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and more. Such is the power of their evil that even angels cannot resist it—when one servant of Heaven cataloged all the evil in existence in the Book of the Damned, Heaven's judges doomed him to exile, appalled at what he had wrought. And now you hold those horrors in your hands!

Book of the Damned explores the evil planes and their fiendish rulers as they exist in the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. Included are descriptions for dozens of archdevils, demon lords, Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and other fiendish divinities, including the foul boons they grant to their most devoted followers. Also included are several brand-new monsters to fill out the ranks of all 11 of the fiendish races, from sinister classics such as demons and devils to new favorites like asuras and sahkils, new blasphemous rituals, magic items, powerful artifacts, spells to arm your villains with or for heroes to discover and defy, and much, much more!

I continue to hope for the following:

A Chronicles of the Righteous manual detailing the three good planes of the outer sphere (aka elysium, heaven, and nirvana), the ranks of the 11 celestial races that dwell there (agathions, angels, archons, azatas, couatl, elysian titans, foo creatures, garudas, manasaputra, moon dogs, and peri) as well as the major powers that rule them (empyreal lords, manasaputra kumaras, etc etc).

A Concordance of Rivals manual detailing the four elemental planes (air, earth, fire, and water), the three neutral planes of the outer sphere (axis, the boneyard, the maelstrom), the energy planes (positive and negative) and the 11 major races that inhabit those planes (aeons, axiomites, formians, elementals, genies, proteans, psychopomps, inevitables, mephits, sceaduinar, and jyoti) as well as the major powers that dwell there (elemental lords, prime inevitables, protean lords, psychopomp ushers, etc etc).

Agreed. I really hope this sells as well as I think it should so that we can get the other two books Tabris wrote to go along with it.

If nothing else, getting artifact statblock for Concordance of Rivals finally would be nice since its the odd one out of three books :D (details on neutral outsider demigods would be great though, I really wanna learn more about invetables/proteans/aeons)

I wonder if Tabris can ever be stated. I'm guessing he's no longer an Empyreal Lord (if he ever was one to begin with) but I wonder what he is now (maybe just a really powerful unique Angel)? I actually feel a great deal of sympathy for Tabris. Yes he did some horrible things but he was tasked with discovering THE TRUTH and unfortunately the powers of heaven (including the deities there) couldn't handle parts of that truth (or rather, they couldn't control what was revealed) so they exiled him for it.
