Magnimar gets even deadlier with the latest Pathfinder: City of Secrets issue!

The City of Secrets reveals more of its past as catacombs are unearthed, and with fresh graves empty of their inhabitants, our heroes must be on their guard with Pathfinder: City of Secrets #4! Delving beneath the busy streets, they encounter more than they bargained for as they discover who's been murdering followers of Sarenrae—and let's just say it's going to get a little hot. Meanwhile, our favorite stabby elven rogue Merisiel falls in deep into her old life of burgling. Even for her, there are lines she's not willing to cross, and it's a do-or-die situation she's gotten herself into! In addition, City of Secrets #4 contains a short article detailing some of the dangers beneath Magnimar, a sample encounter, and the newest Hero of Magnimar—Black Rose Quinn!

Check out the rest of the Pathfinder Comics right here, and don't miss out on the upcoming Pathfinder: Goblins! hardcover!

I noticed with issue #3 that the covers are all one big image of our characters fighting goblins on a boat. I was going to try to create my own City of Secrets Wallpaper by joining the images together, but I ran into some difficulties. The art from the store is not all at same size/resolution and there are gaps between the cover images.

Might we someday get a pretty City of Secrets Wallpaper with the entire picture all lined up? Pretty please with sugar on top?

Begone, Monster! You don't belong in this world?

It was not by my hand that I am once again given flesh!

I was called here by humans who wish to pay me tribute.

Ba-da ba bum, bada ba-ba da ba ba-baaaaaa...

Black Rose Quinn? Don't we already have an iconic named Quinn? Kind of a weird choice for one of the submissions. What were the names of the previous chosen hero submissions so far? Anyone know?

I imagine that the selection of the hero for the issue and the naming of the iconic investigator happened completely independently of each other.

You forgot the best part.

The Quinn part of the name is the last name of the character. I know cause I created her lol. I created it around the start of June, before the new iconics were presented. The given name was Rose Quinn (a nod to Harley Quinn), with the Black moniker tagged on. It was explained in the background I wrote but most of that got cut in the comic.

Ah, okay. So is she like a jester-type bard or is she more like the BlackRose from the .hack manga (aka an exotic brown-skinned greatsword carrying mercenary)? Hmmm...how DOES one get a character to have baby pink HAIR in Golarion? Maybe by being a Tiefling or Aasimar?

Has anyone gotten this yet?

She's a magus gladiator as they decided, had there been more room for background. the Black Rose comes from almost dying in serpent's run arena, the arena manager made the comment that death didn't want her yet. Pharasma is associated with black roses hence "Black" Rose Quinn. In reality the character is based off my wife (and luckily looks like her too), who I call my black rose, stemming back to our first date. And yes, I have my copy of the comic already and ordered like 15 more for friends and family lol.
