In Kobold Quarterly #23, you get a fantastic spread of infernal delights, and just it time for Halloween! Starting with official Pathfinder Campaign Setting content from the Master of Devils himself, Paizo's editor-in-chief Wes Schneider opens the Book of the Damned to tell more of the archdevil Dispater, the First King and Lord of the Second. Ruling from his infamous iron city, Dispater is one of the more reasonable archdevils...but he didn't get to his position of power by being Mr. Nice Guy. Learn more about this archdevil, his past and present queens, allies, and enemies, along with his noted minions, the ascensoriel. Made from the crushed and broken bodies of fallen angels that accompanied him during his descent, the ascensoriel are the crusader devils of Hell—a title they are more than happy to live up to in his service. In addition, you'll also receive "The Urge to Evolve," a Pathfinder Society Quest by Adam Daigle, but the Kobolds don't stop there!
With the recent release of the Midgard Campaign Setting (which you really need to check out if you like your gaming full of Grimm-style dark forest tales with a heavy dash of Old World myths), Kobold Quarterly #23 tells us more about Midgard's demon lord of apes and cannibals—Mechuiti! Also, diabolical gnomes wreak some havoc with the adventure "Devil's Food!"
That's not all though. Kobold Quarterly has long accepted articles for any edition, and besides articles for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, 3.5, 13th Age, AGE, advice from Monte Cook, Skip Williams, and humor from Stan! and d20monkey's Brian Patterson, Kobold Quarterly #23 will have you forking over your 40 pieces of silver to the Kobolds (just check the contract before you sign)!
Check out all of the Kobold Quarterly issues right here (don't forget to look for the yearly bundles), and get a heapin' helpin' of new material to use in all of your favorite roleplaying games!

I have to say, this is one of those issues that is both really dark and really entertaining. I know I'm biased, but ... Well, lots of great Pathfinder material here.
As Monte Cook said yesterday:

If you're a D&D gamer of any edition (including Pathfinder) and not getting Kobold Quarterly, you are sooooo missing out.
I danced with a kobold in the pale moonlight once ... little bugger bit my knees and tried to hamstring me.
And yes, if you don't get KQ you are missing out. Speaking of which, when is the issue getting mailed out Wolfgang? I'll be keeping an eye out for it.

Zylphryx, the issue has already been mailed out to all subscribers, and I'm eagerly waiting to hear where it shows up first. Should be in some people's hands by the weekend, though probably only for US subscribers. International might be next week.
Still no joy in Houston. At least as far as KQ 23 goes, but doing happy dance over Midgard Campaign Setting. And trust me you don't want to see my 64 year old body doing a Happy Dance.
