Pathfinder Society Season 2 Begins!

Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-01: Before the Dawn—Part I: The Bloodcove Disguise (PFRPG) PDF

Four new Pathfinder Society Scenarios are ready for download!

Gen Con is over, and Paizo had a great show with the release of the Pathfinder RPG Advanced Player's Guide and Pathfinder Tales: Prince of Wolves. And one of the highlights of every Gen Con for us now is the start of a new season of Pathfinder Society organized play, and we've kicked off Season Two with four new adventures!

In Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-01: Before the Dawn—Part I: The Bloodcove Disguise, you are sent to Aspis Consortium-infested Bloodcove to gather supplies for a nearly doomed Pathfinder mission nearby. Disguised as ordinary merchants, you have little time to gather what you need and get out before the Consortium discovers and destroys you. The Bloodcove Disguise is the first scenario in the two-part Before the Dawn campaign arc.

The second scenario in the Before the Dawn campaign arc is Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-02: Before the Dawn—Part II: Rescue at Azlant Ridge. With supplies in hand, you rush from Bloodcove to the Pathfinder expedition site at Azlant Ridge only to find it under siege. You must brave the newly discovered halls beneath the ridge in order to find the key that might save everyone.

The third scenario released at Gen Con 2010 is Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-03: The Rebel's Ransom. The Ruby Prince of Osirion sends you to the Parched Dunes to find what became of a secret Pathfinder expedition sent there to recover artifacts for the Ruby Prince himself. What you find there may very well end the Pathfinder Society as you know it.

Finally, in Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-04: Shadows Fall on Absalom, one of the Pathfinder Society's most beloved venture-captains, Drandle Dreng, is nearly killed in a failed assassination attempt on the grounds of the Grand Lodge itself. Your mission to catch the assassin is complicated when you learn he is the son of an influential Pathfinder. Can you catch the assassin before his blade strikes again, while avoiding the outrage of your peers?

Even if you weren't able to attend Gen Con this year, you can play the scenarios that everyone enjoyed at the convention!

More Blog.

Not sure this is the right place to post, but I am using the Pathfinder Charater accelerator at this URL:

http://www.pathfinderdb.com/character-sheets/48-fan-created-sheets/131-path finder-character-excelerator

And it is awesome. I am using an older version that works beautifully and looks great but a new updated version that is linked there now doesn't look as good. It has more usability (magic items and spells as drop down cells *awesome*) There were just a few bugs that needed to be worked out but not an issue for some one who knows their way arounf Excel. The newer version has a landscape and portrait option for the sheets which is ok, but now the sheet looks blocky and robotic. The one I have looks like a character sheet and not a TPS report. I would really like to see more versions of an Excel character sheet. They rock!

Shadows Fall on Absalom seems to be unavailable.

Now is the time we start the body count. Let us stack their bodies like cord wood and use their skulls as a dais.

I ran 02-4 at GenCon, and it uses the Slums and Town map packs. I'm not sure about the others.
