Rick, the price is given too low for a Bigger Flip-Mat product, it most probably has to be $19.99.
Lately, the prices are always wrong for the flip-mats, does the computer system automatically copy the one from last months product maybe?Thank you, as always. :-)

I like having roofs, you can just draw the interiors over the top as the PCs explore.
Definitely going to pick this one up.
Maybe the interiors are being planned for one of the dungeon tiles expansion sets.

I'd prefer interiors over roofs, tiles are better as roofs. As they explore you take the tiles off.
So I'm not sure about this one.
I've found in actual use that flip mats are rarely used for interiors of settlements at our table. Every time I set out Town Square, City Streets or something similar, we only use the streets and connecting material. Interiors are usually part of a map pack set out on its own.
