After working to secure their settlement on a surviving fragment of the lost continent of Azlant, the adventurers aid the colony by exploring the rest of the island to search for resources and look for potential dangers. Soon they learn of a sea hag whose attempts to revive the powerful oracular powers of the Azlanti threaten the island's inhabitants. But an even greater peril confronts them as they begin to notice that some people in the settlement are acting strangely—a haunting echo of the clues left behind after the original settlers vanished. Sinister forces are at work in the colony, and the adventurers must uncover a menacing threat to the settlement before they become the next victims of a vile plot.

Looking pretty sweet! Gazetteer of the region especially interests me.
Just to get this out there nice and early.... (So, pardon me for using your post as a place to say this, as it's directed to everyone.)
From the Office of Expectation Management:
The gazetteer mentioned in this description is only going to cover the region of the shattered continent where this Adventure Path takes place. It won't be a comprehensive gazetteer of the entire remains of lost Azlant.

That´s totally okay, Adam.
Nobody would expect an entire continent described in a - what - 6-10 pages(?) gazetteer.
The islands relevant to this AP are totally enough.
The rest may come later in an "Azlant, sunken Empire of Humanity" Campaign Setting. ;-)

No worries Adam, I didn't expect any more than that. I just like gazeteers, big and small. Besides any more info on the area is more than I already have, so even small tidbits is a good thing.
Isnaldn is Aroden's new identity since he took levels in vigilante and faked his death. You're going to find him hiding out in--OH GOD I'VE SAID TOO MUCH

Hypothetically speaking....
If I were a GM who loved all things piratey and ran games based out of the Shackles...will there be enough detail in this gazetteer to make westward sailing worthwhile?

It would give details on a cluster of islands that are a few hundred miles west of Mediogalti Island, which is just north of the Shackles. If you didn't have any plans to run this Adventure Path, you could still use the article to stand in for a small cluster of islands nearly anywhere that's subtropical.

gotta admit that i'm a bit disappointed - same selection of Iconics who were in Serpent's Skull. This is the first time that the same 4 Iconics have been recycled.

BUT I WANT TO FIGHT WHATEVER THAT THING IS!!
That´s a Chuul from the (first) Bestiary.
I´m glad i just bought one. ;-)
It might be a Chuul mixed with something or something, since the standard Chuul is chitinous rather than being made of rocks and doesn't have a face, or at least doesn't have such a humanoid face and mouth.
Seriously can we get the bestiary for this or not?
Don't call me Shirley.
I mean, under any other circumstances I would have given you the bestiary. But not now, after you called me Shirley. I mean, can I get some elementary respect here?

Ties Gorbacz's laces together, runs away giggling.
Adam, for your next AP may I give the following feedback, which is absolutely subjective and personal.
I would like to see more full-body art of romanceable NPCs. Two books in, the only attractive full-body art are Ramona and Carver on the covers. The interior pages only have head shots of friendly NPCs. Ideally, I'd like to see at least two full-body friendly NPCs per book (and I'd love it if there could be as much as 3-4.)
Romance NPCs play major roles throughout the entire six-book campaign, whereas single one-shot fights do not. I really need full-body art to support the longstanding supporting characters -- I have bestiaries full of monster art already. I can always use B2 "draugr" art for "drowned Ulfen captain", but it's much tougher to find full-body art for "Eskelda Teredein".
