this might have been answered before but I can't find anything so here is my question
Feats with * for restrictions picking one I see < amateur Swashbuckler > the * <This is a combat feat, and can be selected as a brawler, fighter, gunslinger, swashbuckler, or warpriest bonus feat.>
can other then there 5 classes listed use it if they met the requirements ?
I'm assuming you're looking at the Feats table in the Advanced Class Guide?
The designation as a Combat feat (indicated with a * in the table) doesn't prevent anyone from taking that feat - it just gives specific classes the opportunity to take those feats as bonus feats.
