If you're like me and you adore the Lore of the Pathfinder universe, this book definitely pulls you in and provides details into several small plots that any GM with a mind for it can work into their campaign.
Such delicious tidbits include:
The Cult of Alichino in Ustalav
The Test to become a Hellknight
What happened to the Book of the Damned after it escaped from Heaven?
A Gallery of Damned souls who are all connected to various events in Golarion History, rightfully receiving the punishment they deserve, but all of which hold secrets to vast treasures any Adventuring Party would die for!
All in all, I'm quite pleased with this book, and recommend it.
I would kill for there to, somewhere in this book, be a picture of an army of devils trying to kill a green-clad fighter ripping them apart bare-handed whose dialog only consists of "RIP AND TEAR!!"
Rip and tear was not all he said. He also demonstrated exquisite perception and analysis. "You are huge, that means you have huge guts."
Personally, I really hope we get more information (Hell forbid, even a statblock?) on that third vampire, a little stud named Ruithvein the Blood Emperor.
But then again, pretty much anything Dragon78 feels is worth skipping is must have material for my bookshelf. Bring on the brimstone.
Will there be any higher level devils in the book? We have a fair number of demon lords, so a little parity wouldn't hurt.
It has be said on Paizo Con that one Archdevil is statted in this book.
My money is on Mammon! ;-)
F. Wesley Schneider writes this book AND the first installment of the Hell´s vengeance AP (#103 Hellfire Compact) and he did write an article on Mammon way back (in Book of the Damned i think)...

Mammon would be hard to stat up because of his genius loci nature. Not impossible, though, and it might be useful for the most dedicated Council of Thieves players...
Of the Nine, I would guess either Dispater or Moloch, although I wouldn't mind seeing more of Belial (and vice versa, I suppose). ^_^
Possibly my favorite cover of any book I've worked on.
Wow indeed!
I saw this piece of art on deviantArt a few weeks ago and saw it tagged for Paizo publishing but didn't know what book it was from - now I know! Agreed that this is awesome!
Am I the only one who's excited to see what they have planned for Furcas? As far as we know, he's a "knight" who has power over fire and herbalism. I'm interested to see how he's portrayed.

Oooh! I didn't realize they'd revealed the big devil. Also super excited for this. ^_^
EDIT: Actually, some sort of herb witch just came out in Heroes of the Wild. Might be a future character concept...
Is this book theme gonna be tied with the upcoming adventure path Hell's Rebels?
Not directly. The book has a lot of supplementary Hell-themed encounters you could use as side quests or the like in ANY campaign, Hell's Rebels and Hell's Vengeance included, but there are no direct ties.
Furthermore, knowing that we'd be doing two APs worth of content in Cheliax, we specifically chose locations on Golarion other than Cheliax for this book, since it's not the only place where devils and devil worshipers appear in the Inner Sea. That said, in all but a few cases, a GM could quickly and easily adapt the encounters within to take place anywhere, as they're designed to be self-supporting and modular.
Excellent. I am certain that a number of my regular clients will be included in this editorials' contents. While they are typically very reclusive, I think allowing the limelight to shine on themselves a bit more will be good for them. Lady knows they they are all wonderful enough souls as it is!
Okay -- for anyone who has that PDF -- did the section describing the Hellknight test have any surprises?
Nothing unexpected, I feel. It did offer a list of higher CR creatures to challenge higher level characters.

Also, could someone share the details of the Furcas article? What's his challenge rating and appearance?
It details his stats, his artifact weapon named Avernus Claw, his fortress with a detailed map, and his cult.
Furcas is a CR 27 Infernal Duke. He appears as a centaur with a body made of hardened vines and a laurel crown.

Any new game material like feats or spells or any new monsters?
No new feats or spells that I'm aware of. There are rules for manifestations, which are like divine haunts. However, they are not necessarily evil, as manifestations can be that of good or neutral gods.
In terms of monsters, most of them are unique stats of existing creatures, such as a unique imp or an advanced pit fiend. Along with Furcas mentioned above, there is the Voice of the Damned, protector of what lies within the Book of the Damned. There is also a new giant worm with planar portals in its gullet called the hellmouth. It lacks stats, but is listed as being at least CR 24. I tried to stat one up myself. If you're interested, it's located here.
