I think instead of scrolls of endure elements, I will use a couple of prestige to buy a wand of endure elements. So I can cover that for all of us while in the citadel. I will get the cash total of the items I'm buying for the trip by this evening.

Just for future info, that is something all of you might want to consider. I would usually get a MWK missile weapon, a MWK melee weapon, and wand of cure light wounds (or infernal healing) first. Then I often get the wand of endure elements.

Endure elements lasts 24 hours, so it is not caster level dependent. It is on most spell lists, so there is almost always someone in the group that can cast it from the wand for you (assuming you can't do it yourself). A single wand of endure elements is almost certain to last through your entire PFS career.

Also it is surprising how many of the PFS scenarios take place in the desert or semi-arctic conditions.

Some characters of course don't need it. Some casters, races, or class abilities will already give you fire and cold resistance. But if your build doesn't give it too you, it is worth seriously considering.

I understand. That very first scenario is often a struggle with which gear to buy.
last time I decided to start with leather armor, greatclub, and sling. That way I had some extra for the alchy fire and acid. (It was a season zero so I figured a good chance for swarms.)

I've watched quite a few people make some really non-optimal choices for really weird reasons. I've actually been thinking about making my own guide to early equipment and especially consumable purchases, specifically for PFS. So far I've been unwilling to quite devote the time needed.

It's been in my head again lately, I may actually get started in a few weeks.

Carelessly, I had brought about a circumstance of Japanese-Environment to there.
Almost Online Players in Japanese-Environment don't like that GM rolls dice based on Player Character's abilities or skills.

But there is not in the Japanese-Environment.
If you approve that GM rolls your initiative, I do it. :)

I would suggest that the GM bot Ehm for a couple of days to see if he shows back up. Once it hits a week with no posting, I would drop him. It might make the scenario a bit more difficult for the rest of us, but it isn't fair to the GM to have to bot someone through the whole scenario.
