I have the Secrets of the Synod Horrenda: Conjuration Spells book. I think I got it as part of supporting the Goblinworks Kickstarter because I don't remember buying it and hadn't downloaded it until this morning.
So I can't say if they are 100% similar but they seem to have the same cover style and price.
The conjuration book...
- 32 pages in length (- 1 page cover, 1 page index, 1 page of OGL, 1 page of back cover).
- no copyright notice in the section 15
- no declaration of open game content
- no art of any kind
- 2 column layout throughout most of the book
- size 9 font
- all spells in the conjuration book are designated sor/wiz only.

That is what is see in this author's other book. No firm idea about this one but most publishers try to maintain a certain look, feel, and length to their products (something I fail utterly at).

I have a question about this product is the Naatic necromancer a base class, an archetype, a PrC, or something else?
It's a variant of the necromancer subclass of the wizard character class. Their spellcasting is highly restricted (they can only cast wizard spells of the necromancy, divination, abjuration, illusion (phantasm), and illusion (shadow) schools, but they gain two bonus spells per spell level and gain extra sensory abilities.
