FWIW (though I realise I'm only one datapoint), that makes it significantly more likely that I'll buy my case from elsewhere. I prefer keeping all my RPG shopping in one place, but if I'm going to have to get the singles elsewhere anyhow, it makes more sense to get the case there too.

That's fine. Maintaining the miniatures singles that we do offer requires a lot of manpower from many different people, and I am very hesitant to continue to add to already overworked departments.
Yeah, that makes sense. It must be a nightmare tracking it all and fishing the odd miniature or two out (especially seeing how far back some of your singles go). Nonetheless, I thought I'd mention it in the internet spirit of "it's all about me". :)
the case just got added to my sidecart, does that mean the backorder went thruough and i should be getting it with my next shipment or that i am still waiting for paizo to get a new shipment and wont get the case with my next order
I'm sorry for any confusion with this. Based on the way the order was submitted, it should have been in your sidecart the whole time. Due to some strange glitches, not everything has been showing up as in the sidecart when it should be. I have been trying to go through a fix those items when I can, and make sure they are fully in the sidecart. For this item in particular, it looks like we are still waiting to get more in, so it should ship with the next possible subscription shipment after we have it available. If you want to make any changes to it, please send us an email or contact us on the CS messageboards.
