Ok,
i downloaded it and after the first overview loved it.
We play in our own World with Pathfinder System and already
added "Hero Points" from old Star Wars / Savage Worlds System
for situations so dire usually the GM has to do something
to rescue the Heroes (giant Eagles anyone =P?).
So with mythic classes you get the System into Pathfinder , very
nicely solved.
Also it surely ups the game a lot powerwise. A bit Anime / Manga stylish ... i love it ... surely is not for everyone.
But as the advancement is Trialbased its up to the GM how much
he lets into his campaign.
Oh the Trials ... i think the beta version has those imaginatively a
lil bit lacking ... i was very astonished to see something like that
because the rest of the preview is pretty good.
Well , mythic feats are not spectacular genuine , but they add something
i looked for and thought about since i played Pathfinder.
Same gors for Mythic Spells ... a few selected ones that you really like
that become breathtaking with your mythic power , very nice imho.
Also you can really pull some mythic stuff with the abilities of the
Paths ... and theres no Limit of what you can implement once you
have the system.
Mythic Abilities of your own ?
Like my Gunslinger Feat "Spectacular Gun Wings" , two wings made of guns stretch out from the back of the Gunslinger and deliver a
deadly volley in an arc ...
Was a bit awkward with his own points , really beter with the
mythic points.
So , i would already give the beta 4 Stars of 5 ... and its not
finished.
