In the midst of the Age of Mind and Magic, one of the Sorcerer-Kings sought an alliance with a great green dragon against the Cavians. When the wyrm would not give its power willingly, the sorcerer took it by force. Using blood rituals he gifted his greatest general with a measure of the dragon’s physical power. He then took her spirit and bound it into a powerfully enchanted axe to arm that general for battle.

The Treasures of NeoExodus: Mordant Wrath is created for use with your NeoExodus: A House Divided campaign setting home gaming for the Pathfinder RPG. The Treasures of NeoExodus series focus on creating unique and interesting magical and mundane items that you can use in your NeoExodus home games that give you more a personal connection to the item. This PDF comes with a background and history of the Mordant Wrath, its special mundane and/or magical qualities plus magic item containing detailed information and blank versions of the cards. Everything you need to incorporate the Mordant Wrath into your character’s background and your gaming sessions is here making them even more appealing, special and personal.

Hi, author here.

Thank you very much for the glowing review, Endzeitgeist. I was asked to write a magic item based on Sergey's illustration, and I have to say it was inspiring.

As to the CL concerns, I like to err on the side of simplicity. Some gamers, myself included, don't want to do extra math if they can help it. Using the CL of the weapon is simple. The offensive ability caps out at 15th and has no save; the buffing ability's duration can be easily determined. No muss, no fuss.
