Oh great, a tentacle monster. My party is going to have a field day with this one.

Well at least this will have five new monsters and we get to fight twisted fey and giants at the same time, or at least in the same place.

Well if its Havaro (i'm not really fond of havaro) i'd rather see a very powerfull Dust Digger, if its something completly new i'm game!

Dust Diggers are pretty cool tho, they are based on the starwars creatures that resemble ant lions.

yes, three of them are doomed for tentacle hell(heaven?). However Harsk has his axe out and will chop up any tentacle that tries to get frisky.

Cool I love tentacle monsters! BTW I Really enjoy the covers of AP where monsters from the bestiary appear on, can't this be on every cover? I also really adored the Rokurokubi cover, my favorite cover for an AP by far!

I think Qlippoth Lord can be any powerful and unique Qlippoth with a CR of 21 or higher. The 21-25 range is certainly within the capabilities of a high level party to encounter without mythic rules.

It's not anything crazy special... the character in question is an NPC that you actually encountered in the very first scene of the AP, and she plays a bigger role in this part of the adventure. When we ordered art from her from Wayne, we asked for "a sword and an aklys" more or less. The fact that the sword looks cool is because Wayne's good at making things cool. As a result... this NPC does have a magic sword that's a bit more powerful and more expensive than an NPC of that level should have... but it's not a specific new magic item or intelligent weapon or anything like that.

A qlippoth lord can be CR 25 or lower, and as such doesn't need mythic rules.

Well here's hoping for a teaser or something to wet the appetite, I have a Groteus cleric in PFS that I want to buff out some more with interesting material.

The store blogs always give a little more info but I don't remember them ever having a preview for an AP on the Paizo blog.

They generally don't Preview APs. Probably because the nature of the book is that only GMs will read it generally.

Also APs sell well so they more then likely have no need to preview something that tends to do well.

There's generally a lot of spoilers in an Adventure Path, so that's one reason we don't do previews.

Furthermore, unless we start doing multiple blog posts a day, there's just not a lot of open spots to do previews for every thing we do.

It looks like a brilliant energy sword. Wayne Reynolds are is so good it's sick-making!

no, brilliant energy swords have their blades made of pure energy like a lightsaber, this looks more like a bastard sword version of Sting. (the dagger, not the band.)

Was sold when I saw the summons list and some of the worshipping options, it really does make me that much more excited to play Akram and get him to divine scion.

I am so sad my shipping notice hasn't shown up yet.
