The world of Pathfinder comes alive every month in brand-new comic books produced in cooperation with Dynamite Entertainment! Each issue contains 20+ pages of story, plus bonus material designed for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game! Explore the backgrounds and personalities of iconic characters like Valeros and Seoni, visit the far-flung lands of the Pathfinder campaign setting, and throw dice in encounters inspired by the comic stories themselves with this exciting ongoing monthly series!
Begin your Pathfinder Comics Ongoing Subscription today to make sure you don't miss a single issue! We've worked with Dynamite to create a special paizo.com-exclusive cover for each issue of the Pathfinder comic, designed with Pathfinder super-fans in mind! Your Pathfinder Comics Ongoing Subscription will bring this exclusive release—not available in retail stores—direct to your mailbox.
Dynamite plans to release multiple "standard" covers for each issue of the Pathfinder comic, drawn by superstars of fantasy illustration like Carlos Gomez and Lucio Parillo. Collectors will want to consider picking up a Pathfinder Comics Deluxe Ongoing Subscription, which features all of the standard covers for each issue in addition to the exclusive paizo.com edition! (There were four standard covers for issues 1–6; starting with issue 7, there are two standard covers.)
Subscribers receive a 20% discount on subscriber copies of each Pathfinder comic, as well as a 15% discount on back issues and special limited-edition releases (such as foil covers, sketch cover variants, etc.).
One Pathfinder Comics Ongoing Subscription will get you every new issue of the Pathfinder comic as it is released (including limited series and one-shot releases—excluding compilations), automatically continuing each month until you choose to cancel it. Instead of paying for your subscription all at once, we'll automatically charge your credit card each month before we ship a new issue. You only need to sign up once, and never need to worry about renewal notices or missed issues!
(Please note that Dynamite will release additional extremely limited-edition covers each month for the Pathfinder comic. While these covers are available for purchase at paizo.com and subscribers may purchase them at a 15% discount, they are not included in either the Pathfinder Comics Ongoing Subscription or the Pathfinder Comics Deluxe Ongoing Subscriptions, and must be purchased separately.)

On a side note I tried to add the subscription and it is showing shipping cheap as possible but if click it to change it to ship with subscriptions it goes to a error page. Just FYI.
I have a question. Yeah i know everyone is asking them. I added a subscription just now and it shows my next subscription order now saying it will be billed on Aug 16 and ship by Aug 24th. Is that because of the comic? and is there a way that I can just set it to ship with the next AP and hold till then?
At the top of your My Subscriptions page, you should have the option to hold for monthly shipments or ship things as they are released. Since the Comics and Minis are shipping later in the month, we're holding your other subscriptions (Ultimate Equipment and the like) until we get the comics, to be shipped together after GenCon.
If you select Never Hold Anything, you'll receive two shipments in August (your other subs sooner and the comics later.)
So there is no way to hold the comic till the next AP shipment? That would be a nice option to have just saying. :)
Edit: Ok i just did as you suggested Ross and it worked but now the comic will ship alone and the shipping fee is more than the comic. I think there really needs to be a option to hold the comic for the AP shipments. Otherwise I may just have to go get them from local comic ships. That nearly 4 bucks for shipping is rough for a 3 dollar(with discount) comic.
@Thomas - when I click my subscription the exclusive comic is the one showed. So I am guessing that's what it means.

Presumably paizo don't own the rights to this product in the way they do for their other subscriptions. The fees they'd have to pay and whatnot would probably get complicated and intractable pretty quick, I'd suspect..

I agree. As the number of licensed subscriptions grows, it would be nice to be able to tweak one's shipping options more than is currently possible.
I'd like to hold my comics sub for the next AP (just like Dark Mistress) but would want my miniatures subscription to ship as soon as it became available. Plus I definitely don't want to delay my regular paizo subscription at all.
I appreciate it's going to be messy and awkward to cater to all the various possibilities, but it would be a big improvement for some of us, even if largely irrelevant to most.
My gut feel would be that the "ship everything together" option should at least ensure that the paizo products aren't delayed (pushing any minis or comics subs to next month rather than holding up an AP shipment for a week or two).
OK when I added the Deluxe Sub, it charges me $3.19 for the Paizo Exclusive Cover and $3.49 for the other 4 Covers. I figured by getting the Deluxe that all of them would attract the 20% Discount?
Also, it doesn't want to ship them all as a Subscription. It wants to ship the Paizo Exclusive Cover as part of my existing Subscriptions and then wants to ship all of the others as 4 individual shipments (trying to charge me $3.85 shipping for each) or giving me the option to put them in my Sidecart to await my Subscriptions. They are part of my Subscriptions, I shouldn't have to treat them separate...
???
EDIT: Also, it looks like it's trying to charge me for them all straight away instead of as part of the Subscription shipment as it normally would with a new Subscription.

I'm getting the same error. This has to be a glitch, no way I'm going to pay more for the shipping that the price of the comic. Would love to add this Deluxe Subscription, but please fix this Paizo staff. Thanks!
How are you going to package and ship these? Will there be any kind of bag/board provision (or something else), so that the comics don't get torn/dinged/bent/crumpled during shipment?

Good question I was assuming it would go in the same cardboard slip envelope the AP's come in each month.
What I'm seeing in the Deluxe sub is that I'm having to go in and choose Hold Shipping for each comic, but it won't let me chose it for the variant cover, and so it still shows a shipping charge.

Yeah, as it stands, the thing that makes the most sense for me to do is to just preorder each issue individually as they come out, and then just hold it in my sidecart to ship with my next regular subscription. It's only a 20 cent price difference with my Pathfinder Advantage, and it results in not pushing off my regular shipments and not having to pay an additional shipping fee.
The amount of covers and options are going to make this part of the paizo store very unwieldy very quickly.
I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if they could place all of the products for a single issue under a triangle, in the same way as a sub-forum? Then it would just be a single click to collapse them into a single line.
I imagine, as limited editions and specific covers run out of stock, that the product page will clean itself up somewhat as those versions move to the Unavailable tab. Then again, I have nothing to do with the webstore except to use it to buy stuff. Did I mention that I'm buying a bunch of comics soon?

Good point, as things stand now it is better to just preorder one each month and have it set to send with the next AP shipment. Since the shipping cost far exceed the 20% savings on the comic. The deluxe one getting 5 comics would be still worth it but not the normal one.

Now that all Paizo products come at the same time they got rid of that option.
Now your options are:
Hold For monthly shipment - which means all your subscriptions will ship together when all have been released, which may cause delays because they don't control when items they don't produce are released (minis and comics)
Never hold anything - which means that your Paizo produced products will ship in one shipment and your non Paizo Produce subscriptions will ship separately when they are released.
As an example I have all the subscriptions to include the minis and comics and I am set for Never hold anything, so my Pazio produced subscriptions are sent in one package, my minis in another and my comics also in another. I do this so I don't get delayed due to the minis or comics coming later in the month.

Not sure what "pull out encounter maps" will entail, but this alone would be enough for me. This is a bargain, even if you're not interested in the comic at all.

Collectors will want to consider picking up a Pathfinder Comics Deluxe Ongoing Subscription, which features ALL FOUR standard covers for each issue in addition to the exclusive paizo.com edition, for a total of FIVE collectible covers for each month's release!
So, from how I understand that is since each comic is $3.19 (with 20% off) and you receive four of them for the Ongoing, and 5 for the Deluxe, it would be a total of $12.76 or 15.95?
How will these be shipped to prevent from rips/corners being bent/etc? Also, will they be shipped together, I wouldn’t really want to pay shipping for each comic.
I was wondering what the shipping for a single comic would be?
On my subscription it shows as $3.83
Will these comics be available in my local comics shop? I really don't want to have to pay shipping costing more than the comics themselves each month...

I think the answer is yes, as The Wizard's Tower in Kanata had preview books, and they did contain Pathfinder Comics.
I was going to subscribe but when I saw that each of the 5 was charging a $3.99 shipping fee bring each copy to over $7.00 I said FORGET IT
I would expect if you get 5 copies they all ship at once. At $3.99 for all 5 that was doable but not $3.99 for each of the 5. That is ridiculous and not worth it

This is what I was afraid of. If I am getting charged shipping for each comic (not shipped together), I will have to pass.
I'd have to agree with you, I would think if you get 4 (or 5) of those comics, you should be able to have them shipped together.
OH and I do have my shipments set to say ship all at once. But each of those comics showed a $3.99 shipping fee. I'm not willing to pay for my AP shipping + my Hard bound + 5 comics each all with a shipping cost that is stupid. Usually if you order something with many items, the cost is far, far cheaper than if you ordered 5 items separately all to be shipped at the same time but in separate bags. By shipping all 5 items at 1 time the cost would be more than half the cost in shipping.
