Paizo Publishing, LLC
Key monsters and NPCs from the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path come alive on your tabletop with the Pathfinder RPG Rise of the Runelords Pawn Collection, featuring more than 100 creature pawns for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game or any tabletop fantasy RPG! Printed on sturdy cardstock, each pawn presents a beautiful full-color image of a monster or NPC from the Rise of the Runelords campaign, including goblins, dragons, giants, ogres, and dozens of unique NPCs also suitable for representing player characters. Designed for use with the Pathfinder RPG Bestiary Box, each cardstock pawn slots into a size-appropriate plastic base from that collection—making them easy to mix with traditional metal or plastic miniatures—and supplements that set’s creatures, together providing pawns for nearly every Rise of the Runelords encounter. With multiple pawns for commonly encountered foes and tons of distinct creature images, the Pathfinder RPG Rise of the Runelords Pawn Collection brings the enemies and allies of Pathfinder’s original campaign alive like never before!
In addition to being part of the Pathfinder Pawns Subscription, Pathfinder Adventure Path subscribers who preorder this set will receive a free PDF edition of this product when the print edition ships. (Note that you will need to have an active Pawns or AP subscription at the time the Pawn Collection ships in order to receive the PDF for free.)

I got this in time to start my RotRL run with my group the first three modules were great with the exception that they do expect us to wait for the Faceless stalkers for Bestiary 2 Set. But once I got the the last two, entire encounters were missing. When they give us 10 goblins and not any of the creatures in Cage of Lust or the Halls of Wrath. I'm sure there are some that say then buy the plastics, but it was my understanding that this gives what you needed to run the encounters minus what is in the Bestiary Boxes. But despite all of that it is still a good set and one I would recommend buying to add to the collection, with a bonus of 8 or so wizards that look great, and a decent female fighter that is clad in full armor.
This set is based on a popular adventure path, that I do not own. However, it is nice to see some pawns match up with my Rise of the Runelords Face Cards! There are some repeats between this and the Bestiary Box, and the Skulls and Shackles set, but for the most part they are things that are useful in groups. I am especially happy with the huge variety of goblins! Huzzah!
There are also a boat-load of giants and ogres, and yet another veritible swarm of rat swarms. Also, some cool-looking NPC's. This is probably my favorite set so far.
As with the other sets the medium pawns are much taller than medium minis. And as with Skulls & Shackles, you will have to buy extra bases or use the ones with the bestiary box.
