"All the luck in the world can't change the past."
Many dreams are nightmares, and most fairy tales are gruesome tales of blood and betrayal, when you get right down to it. One little boy's ill-fated wish took him away to a land of make-believe and wonder... and, in a realm of madness and lies, that lost boy grew up. Lucky him. Now a tricksy old man in funny clothes walks the treacherous streets of Dream with a dagger in his hands, a haunting tune upon his lips, and shadow that curdles probability itself. Many wish he would've stayed lost.
This product provides Game Masters with details on a long-lost luckbringer found amongst the Faces of the Tarnished Souk, ready for immediate use in any campaign—but especially for use within the Coliseum Morpheuon. Each entry features ingenious stat-blocks from multiple OGL sources, history, motivation, secrets, and insight into the NPC's most carefully guarded dreams, along with complete game statistics for low, middle, and high levels of play.
Within you will find: Po'Kesteros, a fey-faced fortune fiend who doesn't care about the "odds."
Reviewed here, on DTRPG and sent to GMS magazine! Now I'm still waiting for the taskshaper. And have you fellows contemplated a multi-classed luckbringer/time thief? Now that could make for some rather interesting options...

I'll keep that in mind. I read a new-to-me pdf this last weekend and it has inspired me. Folks should expect some horrifically interesting Faces, mechanically, from Matt and I. ;)
I bought Po for my Kingmaker campaign. Still haven't decided if he's friend or foe yet. I love that he has three incarnations so that I can keep him around for a long time.

Depending on how much of his personality as published you use, he could be friend, foe, and "other" all depending on how you want to use him.
Where are you looking to introduce him in your KM campaign?

I'm spoilering it below
Spoiler:
Currently, my PCs are in book 3 and they are attacking the spriggans hold up in the fort at Varnhold. I gave the spriggans a couple of fey allies because I'm playing up the tension between the PCs kingdom and the evil fey (lead by Nyrissa). We had to pause mid battle so I'm trying to decide if I'll introduce him as a foe at first in the battle. I kind of want him to be both a friend and a foe at times and use him to slowly feed the PCs info about Nyrissa, the evil fey lady. I was thinking that he'd have been captured and raised by her. One of my PCs is an oracle with the haunted curse so I thought that since Po is so lucky, he'd target and play off that character.
