There is a thread about the worst feats, so here is the opposite. Basically, I want to know what feats the community think are the best. keeping in mind the cost is a feat slot, but if that feat has prerequisites those factor into if the feat in question is worth it.
Also, the usefulness of a feat is subjective (obviously). So combat casting is useless for a fighter even if it's good for a wizard. So lets just avoid that entirely accurate, though completely pointless train of thought.
So, What do you think is the best pathfinder feat and why?

I agree, but in terms of how it is designed with scaling, it delivers what a feat ought to deliver.
Every feat ought to be a massive power boost to the character. They shouldn't be dinky perks, but amazing "feats" of ability. That means scaling with level, or provinding an ecxeption to the rules that is remarkable.
The real failure of the feat system is the lack of granularity, along with the icky system mastery that was baked in at its inception.

I would agree on all of those points.
