The first of many Pathfinder-compatible PDF's from Gamer Ingenuity!
It's called the Melee Manager, and its meant to replace the scratch paper or combat pad margin space that every GM uses to track hit point damage to the monsters.
We went from the assumption that the GM usually operates in two modes - one when the players are attacking, and one when its the monsters' initiative.
The Melee Manager comes as two form-fillable PDF's.
The first is an attacks summary the GM can use when its the monsters' turn. You can note each monster's attacks, bonuses, damage, special abilities etc... There's note space for their feats, skills, relevant ability scores - you could even note the page number in the appropriate bestiary when you need to look for more details.
When it's the players' turn, the Damage Track lets you keep an organized record of the HP loss to each monster. There's space for defenses, saves, CMD, and at the bottom, CR, XP and treasure. When the fight is over, you have a permanent record of what was killed, what they had to loot. and what they were worth.
