In Jerusalem, players are back in the 12th century, fighting for control of the city and the various factions within it: the military, the church, and so on. Have the most forces in a section, and you'll gain its revenue in the form of men, gold and tower-building points all of which lets you further improve your holdings. After each round, players can add new floors to their towers, and the player comes closest to Heaven (by building the highest tower) wins the game.
